Our Team
Via Modus LLC is a single-member California limited liability company founded and solely managed by Amy Cosi. Ms. Cosi serves as both lead architect and strategic director, guiding development of Perspective while overseeing the company's intellectual property, compliance, and operational governance.
Her interdisciplinary background in law, mediation, and cognitive inquiry grounds Via Modus's mission to create AI systems that help people understand one another more deeply by preserving meaning, context, and complexity. External counsel supports patent and IP development, while our work draws on insights from practicing mediators, conflict resolution researchers, and AI ethics experts.
